Eat Pray Love
Eat what makes you healthy. Eat what makes you happy. Eat with those you love or share an interest with.
Pray with intentions. Create a sacred space. Pause. Light a candle. Clear the air of negative energy as the Native Americans did by burning bundles of sage. Meditate. Write your intention or resolution on a piece of paper or write one word on a bay leaf. Light the paper or sage leaf and let it go. Light a stick of incense and give it as an offering. Utter a prayer inside over a candle with calming or spiritual music in the background. Utter a prayer outside singing it unto the winds or to the moon.
